Bodies of helicopter crew recovered in Turkey

The Russian-made helicopter crashed minutes after it collected water to extinguish a forest fire that has been raging in the neighboring southwestern province of Aydin.

Rescue teams and divers were dispatched to the area on Thursday to search for the missing Turkish pilot and forest security officer.

Three Russian technicians aboard the downed helicopter were rescued after the accident in the Milas district of the southwestern province of Mugla. Dogan News Agency reported the three crash surviors were Ukranian nationals.
