Oktay Eksi: Turban chaos and the YOK President

Two the first two architects, there is almost nothing left that I have to say. They are, after all, politicians. No matter how much they may have turned themselves over to serving our nation, we know that half of their brains is always occupied with the question: "How many votes will this bring me, what are the advantages to this?" The question of the ballot box is always prominent in their thought processes.

But the YOK President is not in the same situation. He has different responsibilities from the other two. The others may twist and change their views, but he can't. There are duties that he has which are entailed by the YOK Law. For example, according to the 4th article of the YOK Law, universities in Turkey are required to bring forth students along the lines of "the Ataturk revolutions and principles, and in line with Ataturk nationalism."  

Yes, this is the primary and basic duty of the YOK President, to ensure that this is how our students are being educated.

But the truth is, Yusuf Ziya Ozcan is a YOK President who is trampling on the law and our justice system. In fact, he has committed a crime by giving the order to implement the lifting of the turban ban in universities without the further legal work required. And one day, he will absolutely have to pay the price for this.  

If people don't agree with me, please tell me:

Were those who asserted prior to this all that taking up this topic by trying to change the Constitution would cause great problems wrong?

And if they were wrong, what is the current chaos that we are seeing across Turkey at universities everywhere, a chaos that began on the morning of February 25?
