Another luxurious Istanbul residence

ISTANBUL - The Kempinski Group has launched its fourth property in Turkey, the Bellevue Residences Istanbul. Residents of the two towers in Levent will be offered the quality of service that the people of Istanbul have become accustomed to from the Çırağan Palace Kempinski, General Manager Eyüp Babur claims.
Bellevue Residences Istanbul opened for service Monday in Levent and offers luxurious and extensive facilities and services to its residents.
It joins four other Kempinski Group properties in Turkey: the Çırağan Palace Kempinski, Istanbul, Kempinski Hotel Barbaros Bay, Bodrum, Kempinski Hotel The Dome, Belek-Antalya, and the Kempinski Residences Astoria, Istanbul.
The Kempinski Group first entered Turkey in 2007. The Kempinski Residences Astoria was the first personal residences managed by an international hotel management company in Turkey and now Bellevue Residences Istanbul joins the field.
Bellevue Residences Istanbul consists of two 22-story towers with eight penthouses and 66 residences of various sizes with Bosphorus views. Various services will be available for residents. In each tower there will be a concierge, reservations service, travel organizations, bell desk for baggage, messages, shopping, laundry and dry cleaning services, cleaning services within the residences, window washing, ironing and kitchen cleaning services, babysitting, walking pets, watering flowers, technical support and IT services. It is also possible to hire food and drink services, party support, and cooks and waiters. For apartment owners there is a five-story parking lot. There are also valets, airport transfers and special transport services available. And rental car, limousine, sailboat and helicopter transfers are a single telephone call away.

Kempinski Residences Istanbul General Manager Eyüp Babur is responsible for the Bellevue and the Astoria. He said the company’s aims are to "provide as part of the comfort of living to residence owners in the Astoria and the Bellevue the quality of service that the people of Istanbul have become accustomed to from the Çırağan Palace Kempinski."
Regional Director Henri Blin who is responsible for all five of Kempinski’s properties in Turkey, said, "The Bellevue residence owners are individuals new to joining the Kempinski family and Kempinski Turkey has great pleasure in offering so many privileges to them."
Bellevue Residences Istanbul will add taste and health to the lives of residence owners and neighbors through its Coppa restaurant and Luxury Fitness Bellevue & Anantara Spa. At Coppa, the tastes of Chinese, Mexican, French and Russian food alongside wild game dishes are offered with a wide wine menu that includes French, Italian and South African wines.
Within the facilities, spread over 4,800 square meters and three floors, is the Luxury Fitness Bellevue & Anantara Spa with its view of the Ulus valley and the Bosphorus. Residence owners are offered a variety of spa and fitness possibilities: a wide enclosed pool with a glass roof and open sunning terrace, the latest technology in fitness instruments and special Pilates and Kinesis studios. At the Anatara Spa, residents will find services ranging from various massages and body maintenance using Elemis products to Thai massage and a Turkish hamam. There will also be daily therapy packages and special activity rooms for children.
The luxurious facilities were constructed by the Investment Permak Group’s Remag Property Corp. and Astas Property Corp.
