Twenty people were injured in a clash between terror organization PKK supporters and members of an Islamist association in a southern province of Turkey, Dogan News Agency reported on Monday. (UPDATED)
The clashes began late on Sunday after PKK supporters attacked the building of the Islamist association with stones and Molotov cocktails in the Adana province, the agency said.
Police detained seven suspects in connection with the incident.
Security measures have tightened in the region.
