Turkish synagogue exhibit in Tel Aviv

TEL AVIV - A new exhibit called "Turkey’s Synagogues: A Testament to Tolerance" opened in Tel Aviv on Friday, with Turkey’s Chief Rabbi İzak Haleva and Turkish Jewish Community President Silvio Ovadya in attendence.
The exhibit, with roughly 80 pictures, opened in the Diaspora museum, where Turkey’s Ambassador to Tel Aviv Namık Tan said the synagogues were proof of the peaceful co-existence between Turks and Jews.
