Turkey to hold tender for new submarine on January 31st

The Turkish Defense Industry Undersecretariat (SSM) will hold a tender for supplying new submarines on January 31st. 26 Turkish and foreign companies will join the tender for supplying six new submarines to the SSM.

These companies are Armaris from France; Tubitak-MAM, Aydin Yazilim ve Elektronik Sanayi A.S. from Turkey; Konsberg Defence-Aerospace-Naval systems from Norway, Kollmorgen Corporation-Elecro Optical Division from USA, Calzoni Sr. 1- Submarine Systems Department from Italy, BMT Defenc e Services Limited from Britain; Howaldstwerke-Deutsche Werft GmbH from Germany; Navania from Spain; Aselsan and Roketsan from Turkey; and Tr-Elbit System from Israel.
