PKK talks in Ankara

The three main countries involved in the struggle against the PKK – Turkey, the US and Iraq - have each selected representatives for a round of talks about ending the group’s terrorist activities in Northern Iraq. Retired General Joseph Ralston from the US, along with Shirvan el Vaili from Iraq, will join Turkey’s special representative Edip Baser in Ankara on October the 11th.
