Suspected PKK bomb explodes in Bagcilar, injures 6

A bomb explosion in front of the Bagcilar Provincial Governor's offices outside of Istanbul caused 6 people to be injured yesterday. The bomb, which was constructed from plastic A4 type explosive material, known to be favored by the terror group PKK, exploded around 21:45 in the evening.

The injured included passers-by Fuat Kizilkaya and Rahman and Sabriye Can, as well as their 10 year old sons, Enes Can and Demet Ozdemir.
Police in the area said that people seen in a red Renault Megane seen before the explosion near the site of the incident are suspected of being involved.
